After so long of struggles, I'm starting my diet all over again!
I will lose 15 kGs this time using the same method!
likhoon!! U gonna jiayou ok! U can do it sine u did it before the other time!
Perserve!!! Set ur mind on the goal and jiayou!!!
No pork no duck! Only seafood, chicken and fish ok!
No fried stuffs, no fast food, no potatos no rice no beehoon.. :)
no gas drink only plain water and green tea!!!!
No flour no breads!
Low fat low sugar low salt! Jiayou!!!
